African Institute for Leaders and Leadership is a non-profit organization established in Nairobi, Kenya in 2005. AILL’s underlying mandate is to develop a benchmark for future African leaders and leadership as well as be a focal centre for excellence in the continent in training and be a foundation for holistic human development in the areas of prosperity, peace, stability, unity, human rights observance as well as enlargement of constitutionalism and democracy.
